Nothing spectacular, but still a good stay.

Friendly staff, good location, powerful A/C, awesome pool and sauna, acceptable cleanliness.

A few things could use a deep cleaning in the room, such as shower head. Bed was fairly comfortable. We had to turn off the AC at night because it was very loud, although also very powerful.

As per other guests comments I found the hotel staff to be lovely and helpful. There is a free tuk tuk for guests to be transported to places nearby, I used it to find some delicious street food for dinner. The room was clean if not a little spartan but I liked it overall. I stayed only 1 night but would not have had any issue staying longer.

Great hotel! As a family of 4 we had a suite, with a living room, kitchen, 3 balconies, two bathrooms, and two huge bedrooms. Super clean, great location and so close to so many things. The hotel gave us a tuk tuk ride to a great local street where we had the best street food of our stay (went back), and having the pool was an amzing way to end a hot day sightseeing with kids. We really only slept there, and missed so many things, Bangkok is amazing! Staff always ready to help, booking minivans (we were travelling as a group of ), and really easy to talk to for reccomendations, etc. Would difintely return here.

Excellent stay

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Wonderful spacious room, fantastic view, excellent bathroom. Very helpful staff, great location 3 min walking or free tuk tuk to the BTS station Panam Sao. Very nice swimming pool with children's section, free laundry room. Would definitely like to come back.

The shower is very difficult to use, when you turn it on hot...

The shower is very difficult to use, when you turn it on hot it goes very hot, then when you go and adjust it, it gets cold instantly. The reception say it is a technical issue and asked a staff to have a look. But it wasn't very useful as it is still the same. However, the customer service is very good.

Highly recommended particularily for families

We got a free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment which was huge and contained all the amenities one could think of. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Internet connection was very good too. There was a tuk-tuk available to take you to nearby BTS station Sanam Pao. But instead we used to go for a coffee at the neighbouring Abloom Cafe from where you can take a shortcut walk the BTS station. A free tuk-tuk ride to a nearby market street was also provided.

The apartment has only heavy blinds but no sheers. It felt a bit sterile too since there were no personal touches like pictures for example. The change room next to the outside pool had it's lights turned off before pool closing on all three days of our stay.

Fantastic staff. Good shower, bed and air condtioning. Very good value for money. Rooms very large and spacious with all the cooking appliances and utensils you need in an apartment. Near public transport. Free tuk-tuk to local markets and public transport.

Perfect for families

Really nice apartments, perfect for my family, friendly staff and nice location near The BTS station, when you have children staying at an apartment rather then a hotel room is a much better choice. I would highly recommend this place for those travelling with families.

Perfect location with local vibes around.

Swimming pool is awesome, water is clean and warm, but not too warm, just right temperature. Quite, clean, good AC, large bathrooms.

Great quiet residence

We had two rooms, one king suite and one double room suite. Both were very clean, western bathrooms, with kitchens and one with a washing machine. Located in a small alley off the main road, but the transportation drivers had no trouble locating it. We arrived very early in the AM, but someone was waiting for us. Check in was easy, rooms were cooled down quickly with strong AC. It was so very quiet as well, perfect for catching up on sleep after a long flight. There isn't a place to eat nearby, but you can order from a small menu which is delivered to your room (see menu photos). We ate one breakfast at the hotel around the corner, which had a nice buffet. 7-Eleven nearby, so we had everything we needed! Walking distance to the BTS. Would stay here again.

Location near to the BTS station, and got free transfer from Hotel to Station. And you may request to them to recommend the place of interested around. They willing to help. Quiet environment for good sleep. Super King Size bed allow 3 person to sleep. Got Good facilities like Sauna Room, Laundry Room, Swimming Pool allow us to do our laundry free of charge. Free car park space which allow their guest to park. Close to some local stores for really local food, for someone who like to experience local food. Far from the crowded city is a good point.

Was in a convenient location just on outskirts of the city centre. Close to a good range of coffee and food places.

Great place and great people!

All the employees were very friendly and helpfull. They recommended places to see. Went over all the attractions on the map and what mode of transportation to take. The on-site Tuk-tuks dropped us off near the sky train and local market. The AC‘s worked great! Really cooled all the rooms!! Clean facilities!! Pool, suana and laundry machines. Nice views from the rooms.
